Our job is to help you to setup all of your musical works or video with some of the biggest and the best music distributors and/or royalty collection agency out there. We collect all of your meta data related to your recordings and then we register them on your behalf with the right society. for example a Performance Rights Organization (PRO) or a Collecting Management Organization (CMO) out there like BMI, ASCAP, PRS, MCPS & PPL. MLC Sound Exchange etc.

Publisher

A music publisher take care of the business side of things on the the behalf of the songwriter or composer. while the writer time is best spent creating. The publisher job is to administer the compositions of the copyright owner. but firstly the writer must assign the copyright of the song to the publisher, In exchange the publisher's obligation is to find users for your songs, issuing licences, collecting monies and split it fairly and pay you the writer. Under such administration rights the publisher is exempt from any legal action against the writer by way of (indemnity) Traditionally all income collected by the publisher are split 50-50, (exemption of performance money & sheet music ) the publisher kept 50% known as the publisher's share and the balance 50% is known as the writer's share. However under a basic deal the the writer may agree with publisher for a lesser percentage share, for example under a publishing administration deal 20-70 share the publisher kept 20% and the balance 70% goes to the writer.

Distributor

We provide distribution service for audio and video. We prepare your song and artwork cover, We setup and register your new release with a independent distribution aggregate. such distributor then send your. single, ep or album all retail stores worldwide. We are affiliated with some of the biggest independent music and video distributors in the music industry like TUNECORE & Marvment a partner of Youtube Vevo etc. All music submit normally send to all digital platforms i.e Spotify, Apple music Itunes Amazon, Tildal, Deezer, etc. All eligible Tracks will get monetisation on all social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat & Youtube.

We’re a independent booking agency. We provide services for signed or unsigned artist, dancer, party and event promoters. We handle oversees booking contracts and their booking requirements for example, artist riders, tech spec and short bio/ updates
